Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) fluent in both Spanish and English to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. The BCBA should be credentialed with Medicaid Duties

  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on thorough diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments.
  • Conduct intake assessments to determine client needs and eligibility for Medicaid services.
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors in children and individuals with disabilities.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistent implementation of behavioral interventions across settings.
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant medical records, documenting patient care activities accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and data collection protocols.

Requirements

  • Valid BCBA certification with current licensure or certification in good standing.
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
  • Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder.
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health principles, and special education strategies.
  • Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations, patient assessments, and intake procedures within Medicaid or similar healthcare programs.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and medical records management.
  • Ability to adhere to HIPAA regulations ensuring patient confidentiality and data security.
  • Excellent organizational skills for data collection, record keeping, and report writing.
