The Role
As a Full Stack Data Scientist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, developing predictive models, and creating data-driven solutions that drive business growth. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to identify opportunities and develop strategies that drive impact. Your expertise will be critical in helping us make data-driven decisions and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to drive business outcomes
- Create data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop strategies that drive impact
- Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and drive business decisions
- Work with engineering teams to implement and deploy data-driven solutions
- Mentor and train junior analysts to develop their skills and expertise
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related field
- Expertise in SQL queries, ETL, A/B testing, and statistical analysis (e.g. hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages (e.g. Matlab, R, SAS, Python)
- Proficiency in a single or multiple analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Chartio, Looker, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in a related field
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data systems
- Expertise in cloud-based data platforms (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
