Responsibilities

As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating Amazon seller accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information
  • Conducting product research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Handling data entry tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Monitoring and reporting on inventory levels to ensure timely restocking and minimize stockouts
  • Responding to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinating with the team to ensure smooth operations and achieve business objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Familiarity with Amazon seller platforms and tools, including Amazon Seller Central and Amazon MWS
  • Excellent data management skills, with the ability to accurately and efficiently manage large datasets
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High-speed internet connection and reliable computer equipment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

Educational Qualifications
