Our Flexologists will provide one-on-one assisted stretches as well as reputed company guided group stretching classes for our clients.
We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic reputed company to join our studio family. Both full- & part-time positions are available. The ideal candidate will have love for the boutique fitness environment with a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility. reputed company who are energetic, friendly, willing to learn, and build relationships with potential and existing clients, help SELL memberships. We are looking for reputed company who are confident in working with reputed company level of clients in providing the best stretch experience. StretchLab Austin Street offers blocked scheduling and shifts, club membership, continuing education, employee status (not reputed company), room for growth in a supportive and fun environment.
Qualifications:
- Fitness background required
- Love of boutique fitness environment is a MUST ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
- Preferred background:
- Massage Therapist
- Personal Trainer
- Physical Therapist
- Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- Dance Instructor
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you providing hands-on training with client
- Fitness certification REQUIRED!!!!
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people.
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company.
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals.
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions as well as group stretch classes for up to 6 clients
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build StretchLab membership and retain reputed company clientele
- Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- reputed company efforts to cover gaps in schedule
- Maintain strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention
- Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
- Participate in grassroots marketing including pop-events and handing out flyers
- This position offers a starting salary of $16- $24 per hour, with the max based on commission made from stretches booked
