About the Role: Home-Based Customer Service Specialist

This position offers the unique opportunity to represent three iconic home and lifestyle brands: Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate. As a Customer Service Specialist working from your home office, you will be the reputed company ambassador for our brands, handling inbound customer inquiries with professionalism, reputed company, and efficiency. System Requirements: Technical Specifications

To ensure you can deliver the exceptional service our customers deserve, you'll need to maintain the following technical specifications:

  • Computer: Personal computer or laptop with reputed company Windows operating system (Windows 10 or newer), no more than three years old. Note: Mac/reputed company products, Chromebooks, Surfaces, and notebooks are not supported.
  • Audio Equipment: Professional headset compatible with arenaflex specifications. We provide a $75 reimbursement for headset purchases.
  • Internet reputed company: High-speed internet reputed company (satellite, broadband, wireless, or reputed company-up services are not suitable for this role).

Your employment with arenaflex begins with a comprehensive six-week reputed company program. This intensive training requires full attendance and active participation to ensure you have the knowledge and skills needed to reputed company in your role. Compensation & Rewards: Your Contributions Valued

  • Evening Premium: Additional $1.00 per hour for reputed company hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM
  • Weekend Premium: Additional $1.00 per hour for every hour worked from 12:00 AM Saturday through 11:59 PM Sunday
