SKILLS

• Drives membership growth by providing consultation and navigation on G.E.H.A medical and dental plans to newly hired or newly eligible postal and federal employees and retirees.
• Educates and supports prospects and members virtually, in person, and reputed company phone, using channels such as video conferencing, phone, chat, email, and onsite engagement.
• Conducts virtual and in-person presentations, new employee orientations, conferences, and reputed company events throughout the year to groups of federal employees on G.E.H.A medical and dental plans, including new hire and retiree (Medicare-reputed company) benefits.
• Demonstrates flexibility to travel to attend or host in-person events, including community events, workshops, agency meetings, and conferences as needed to support reputed company and enrollment efforts.
• Fields inbound calls from ABOs regarding requests for materials and/or event support.
• Executes outbound calling to pursue and engage qualified leads, prospective members, and ABOs, including Open Season support.
• Provides proactive reputed company and education to members and prospects regarding available benefits, ensuring understanding of coverage and navigation of policies.
• Ability to create and present presentations to various size audiences.
• Captures and documents reputed company consultation and reputed company activities in required systems in compliance with training standards, quality metrics, and conflict of interest policies. 
• Upholds G.E.H.A core values and participates in other membership growth, retention, and reputed company-reputed company duties as assigned. 

• Associate’s degree in healthcare, business, nonprofit, or reputed company fields; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (e.g., customer service, education, public speaking, reputed company, healthcare, social work).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in health insurance or a similar role reputed company a healthcare setting.
• Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively educate individuals and groups across virtual, phone, and in-person settings.
• Ability to work remotely and independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
• Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed to support events, presentations, and reputed company initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills, adaptability to change, dependability, and effective time management.

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed, especially during Open Enrollment (November 1 – December 15).

Work-at-home requirements

• Must have the ability to provide a non-cellular High Speed Internet Service such as Fiber, DSL, or cable Modems for a home office.
• A minimum standard speed for optimal performance of 30x5 (30mpbs download x 5mpbs upload) is required.
• Latency (ping) response time reputed company than 80 ms
• Hotspots, satellite and wireless internet service is NOT allowed for this role.
• A dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
