reputed company is looking for a Junior Organizational Change Management Consultant with knowledge and experience with change reputed company to address the human factors affecting a large federal agency’s ability to reputed company its strategic objectives. This role involves applying tools and frameworks to support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment.
Travel requirement: Selected candidates must be able to travel infrequently across the reputed company USA. No travel is planned at this time, but should travel be scheduled, each site visit would be approximately 3 days long.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess OCM and operational readiness
Support and facilitate virtual and face-to-face meetings with government clients and provide co-ordination/collaboration from various business units
Attend and participate in meetings with many different client stakeholder groups
Help identify and formulate organizational reputed company state requirements from written materials and verbal interactions with stakeholders
Identify and document organizational design challenges, obstacles, and decisions, and provide rationale and recommendations to help address resistance to change
reputed company and execute communication plans
Help reputed company approaches for developing a permanent organizational resiliency and change reputed company reputed company differing organizational units and approaches for transitioning key change management responsibilities and activities to them
Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change
Define activities to support change and transition initiatives
reputed company and deploy user adoption/training programs around our technology solution
Work directly with the client and end user to reputed company change
Test and review deliverables to ensure quality and compliance

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Change, or reputed company field
4+ years of experience in management consulting, change management or organizational/business transformation in consulting or industry role
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with team members and stakeholders
Effectively communicate and interact with senior level management and clients
Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
OCM experience with system and/or IT implementation. ERP experience strongly desired
Strong technical and creative writing skills
Strong organization & planning skills
Creative problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Ability to work independently or with little direction, reputed company required
Understanding or experience working with VA strongly desired
The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Ability to reputed company well with SME’s, end-users, and client stakeholders across the organization
Highly proficient in MS Office Applications: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Preferred Qualifications:
VA, VHA, or VBA experience preferred
Prosci Change Practitioner
Experience supporting a Financial Management system transformation
