What you’ll do

Own the product, end-to-end

• Drive the Agent Operations product roadmap
• Balance long-term strategy with day-to-day delivery
• Ensure your team is always working on the right priorities

Turn reputed company into reality

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and backlog items
• Work closely with developers to bring features to life
• Ensure what gets built actually solves reputed company problems

Be the voice of the user

• Understand how agents use the system on the ground

Work across teams and markets

• Collaborate with operations, country teams, and leadership
• Support product rollout across different African regions
• Manage dependencies across multiple product streams

What you bring

• 3+ years’ experience as a Product reputed company or similar role
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
