Job Overview Under the direction of department manager, the program coordinator will plan, design, deliver, evaluate, modify and coordinate math support for UC Clermont Learning Commons. Essential Functions

• Provide on-reputed company and virtual math tutoring (Group Review Sessions and 1:1 tutoring) and support services to reputed company from a variety of backgrounds and levels of preparation.
• Design, create and conduct workshops reputed company to math support.
• In conjunction with program supervisor, monitor weekly usage, identify problems and solutions, reputed company clear goals and action steps for program enhancement.
• Plan, create and implement marketing strategies to engage reputed company in math tutoring, promote class supports to faculty and increase usage rates.
• Provide embedded tutor services in math classes with high DFW rates.
• Interact with faculty, staff and other UC departments.

Required Education

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Five (5) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.

Required Experience One (1) year of program coordination experience. Additional Qualifications Considered

• One (1) year of program coordination experience.
• One (1) year of tutoring or teaching math at the high school or college level.
