Position Summary
The Operations Decision Support finance manager provides comprehensive financial support across manufacturing operations, including internal factory costs, co-manufacturing operations and transfer pricing activities. This role is responsible for translating operational performance into clear financial outcomes and delivering actionable insights that directly impact the P&L.
Through rigorous reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis, the position connects production and cost drivers to financial results enabling informed decision making and cost optimization. Partnering closely with brand finance, procurement, supply planning, and operations teams to bring visibility and execution of business objectives.
This is a remote role with anticipated monthly travel to our corporate office in Bridgewater, NJ. Top consideration will be given to candidates local to our corporate office.
Key Responsibilities

Skills & Qualifications
- Strong P&L and cost accounting foundation; budgeting, forecasting, period reputed company, and management reporting experience.
- Proven cross-functional partnering and executive-ready communication; able to synthesize reputed company data into actionable insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or reputed company field required (MBA/CPA a plus).
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience (manufacturing/CPG environment preferred), including P&L and/or cost finance.
- Advanced financial modeling and proficiency in reputed company; experience building executive-facing presentations.

The approximate pay range for this position is $110,000 to $135,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
