Workwell Contractor Solutions is seeking an Account Coordinator for an entry-level role that supports the Account Specialist team. The primary responsibilities include maintaining data accuracy, managing reputed company processes, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain contingent worker assignment data across required systems
  • Update records relating to assignments, pay rates, and worker status changes
  • Ensure reputed company required fields and documentation are complete reputed company of payroll and invoicing cycles

  • Correct data inconsistencies or escalate issues to Account Specialists reputed company needed

  • 0–2 years' experience in an administrative, HR, payroll, or data entry role
