[Remote] Payroll Administrator

They are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to assist with global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration while providing excellent customer service to employees.

Responsibilities

• Assist in processing payroll on a regular schedule for our U.S. and International employees
• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for employee payroll inquiries (paychecks, taxes, deductions, direct deposit, etc.)
• Provide high-quality customer service and timely issue resolution
• Review and audit payroll data for accuracy (hours worked, pay rates, deductions)
• Support reputed company and offboarding payroll-reputed company tasks
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data reputed company reputed company HRIS/payroll systems
• Assist with payroll adjustments, corrections, and off-cycle payments as needed
• Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
• Partner with HR and Finance teams to resolve discrepancies
• Support year-end processes (e.g., W-2 distribution)

Skills

• 1–3 years of customer service experience
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and terminology (taxes, deductions, garnishments, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, reputed company, Business, or reputed company field
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company and ability to learn software and computer programs quickly highly preferred
