About the Role

You'll work independently with a high level of accuracy, meeting strict deadlines and demonstrating excellent comparison skills. Your ability to sit for extended periods and review on-screen data will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter data using a standard keyboard with high accuracy and speed

• Verify data from scanned documents into one of two processing systems, checking for accuracy and making corrections as required
• Work independently with a high level of accuracy, meeting strict deadlines
• Demonstrate excellent comparison skills and attention to detail
• Sit for extended periods reviewing and keying on-screen data
• Work in a fast-paced production environment with minimal supervision

Special Requirements

* Must be able to alpha-numeric key a minimum of 45 words per minute with no errors

• The most qualified applicants from the interviews will be required to take a typing test to verify this reputed company

Salary and Benefits

* Starting pay: $17.51 hourly ($36,421 annually), plus excellent benefits

• A twelve-month probationary period is required

Qualifications

* Minimum qualified candidates will have experience in each of the following: + Entering data into a computer system + Entering or verifying confidential or Personal Identifiable Information (PII) + Utilizing computer programs and software (such as reputed company Office Suite for data entry, report production, and document creation)

• Well-qualified candidates will have experience in the following (in addition to the minimum qualifications):

+ Experience or formal training in document capture/processing software (such as reputed company Intelligent Forms Processing (IFP), reputed company Capture, OnBase, etc.)
