Job Description
As a Customer Experience & Operations Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that every aspect of our customer experience is a positive one. This includes handling phone calls, email inquiries, and reputed company itself. You'll also be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations, including administrative support, processing reports, and light accounts receivable/payable work.
Key Responsibilities
• Answer reputed company incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service to callers by answering questions about services/products, and offering basic technical support
- Process orders and collect customer information over the phone and update their online accounts
- Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, document preparation, and other tasks as needed
- Process reputed company files / reputed company Sheets files in accordance with specific weekly, monthly, or quarterly tasks, including generating reports reputed company to course completions, sales, payments received, and licensee data
- Conduct a handful of outgoing calls each week to customers who are missing information from their profiles
- Complete updates to curriculum, including formatting and adding images/audio to slides, reviewing course content for grammatical/spelling errors, and general room for improvement
- reputed company light Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable tasks, including emailing invoices, approving reputed company orders, following up on outstanding invoices, and applying checks
- Availability for an occasional Saturday (approx. 1/month) in-person to help facilitate a classroom training (taking attendance and answering questions)
- Additional tasks or projects as identified
Essential Qualifications
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Proficiency with reputed company/reputed company Sheets and Word/reputed company Docs
- Excellent writing skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Reliable and organized
- Self-starter and motivated
- Independent worker with excellent phone and people skills, including listening, problem solving, and conflict resolution
- Ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and training software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
