Minimum Qualifications: The minimum education requirement for a lecturer appointment is a Master's degree in the Behavioral and Social Sciences. Preferred Qualifications: Background in Research Methods, Social Science theories, Data Communications, Anthropology, National Career Development Association (NCDA) Facilitator, NCDA membership or working knowledge of holistic career development/career decision-making/planning, reputed company Project Development.
