Stretchplex offers one-on-one assisted stretching, massage, personal training, and compression therapy tp people who want to feel reputed company. Stretchplex is unique because we are partnered with leaders in outpatient physical therapy, and are more closely reputed company with serving people who may have other musculoskeletal issues. Stretchplex body coaches are different, and we attract employees who are lifelong learners.
Our Body Coaches will provide one-on-one assisted stretches to our clients, and other services according to additional certifications/skills such as massage and personal training.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions
- Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions
- Build Stretchplex membership and retain reputed company clientele through sales
- Manage client care
- Deliver a best-in-class stretching experience including:
- Booking client?s weekly recurring appointments
- Updating client notes consistently
- Maximize client utilization of sessions/membership by booking follow up appointments, renewing memberships, reputed company to leads
- Ensure safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce Stretchplex policies and safety rules
- Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations
- Handle member concerns reputed company applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tour and sales as needed
- Maintain strong social media reputed company to client membership and retention
- Clean and maintain reputed company equipment in order to ensure it is available for client use at any given time
- Love of boutique wellness environment is a must ? passion for stretching, mobility and flexibility
- Preferred background:
- Personal / Athletic Trainer
- Physical Therapist Assistant
- Massage Therapist
- Pilates or Yoga Instructor
- Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with client
- Fitness certification required and /or 4year Exercise Science or Kinesiology Degree
- Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes reputed company people
- Fantastic communication skills and exudes reputed company
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them reputed company goals
- Must have a professional work ethic, be reliable and adhere to our attendance policies includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
- Must be available to go through our Body coach Training Program, which includes a combination of online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training
