For more information, visit or @reputed company on reputed company.Role and ResponsibilitiesTEAM MANAGEMENTRecruiting, managing, motivating, coaching, and developing a team of Sales Super Visor, Sales Coordinator, across reputed company Region.Rigorous tracking and review of daily field force effectiveness parameters like Outlet Coverage, PJP Adherence, Effective coverage, Brand distribution, Total Lines Sold per month etc.Ensuring maximum incentive earning for the team by reviewing and guiding the team dailyCUSTOMER MANAGEMENTManaging a Network of distributors, direct dealers and retailers across the reputed company states.Complete management of Super Distribution network.Managing operations of the Super Distributor based out of New Delhi.Ensuring an reputed company ROI for the super distributor network with a strong reputed company on reputed company network health parameters like Inventory Quality, Market credit and other investments.reputed company EXECUTIONEnsuring the application at sales points of Category and Trade Marketing policies and operative activities performed by field staff E.g. POSM, Loyalty Programs for network, Monthly Schemes etc.Ensuring perfect launches as per trade marketing plans for reputed company new SKUsDetailed understanding of reputed company business commercials including pricing and margin cascades.Manage reputed company network conflicts to minimize any disruption in businessHandle reputed company retailer queries around product with hands on knowledge of the complete portfolio.Drive product education for the team and the networkProviding insights and market intelligence on reputed company competition activityQualifications and Education RequirementsMinimum 3-7 years of experience in channel sales and distributor management in StatesMinimum Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in any disciplinePreferred SkillsExperience in handling super distribution networkExperience gained in the FMCG / Toys / Stationery reputed company with a proven track record of reputed company in a similar role.Demonstrable experience in managing reputed company teamsWorking knowledge of MS Office for daily reporting reputed company, PowerPoint, WordFluent in English languageKnowledge of local languages will be an added advantage.Additional NotesExtensive travel across reputed company states is required for the role.
