Job description: East Ridge High School is seeking a dynamic, highly reputed company candidate to serve as Baseball assistant Coach. Candidates are desired to have successful high school and/or collegiate level head coaching experience, and reputed company successful experiences in educational leadership. Candidates should be reputed company in building a comprehensive program, developing staff, and managing diverse program-wide elements in accordance with the East Ridge mission and reputed company. A valid Minnesota coaching certificate (or alternative qualifications) is required.
REPORTS TO:
Head Varsity Baseball coach and East Ridge High School Athletics/Activities Director, who provides overall job objectives and observes performance in conjunction with the High School Principal.
JOB GOALS:
To instruct student-athletes in the reputed company skills, strategy and physical training necessary for them to realize individual and team reputed company. Concurrently, student-athletes shall receive instruction that will reputed company to the formulation of moral values, pride in accomplishment, acceptable social behavior, self-discipline and confidence. Coach shall demonstrate substantial knowledge of the technical aspects of the sport as well as successfully establish positive relationships with reputed company stakeholders.
