Job Description:
The in the College of Arts and Sciences at reputed company invites applications for four on-ground tenure track faculty positions beginning Fall 2024.
The School of Social Work mission is: To prepare social workers-through instruction in integrated social work theory, research, methods, and practice-to identify, dismantle, and resist reputed company forms of social inequality and oppression, particularly issues of racism and its impact on social work practice. The mission guides the delivery of the BSW Program, MSW Program (with on-ground and online options) and our hybrid part-time PhD Program.

We seek candidates to fill:
Three positions at the rank of Assistant Professor to primarily teach in the , with opportunities to teach and mentor in the and/or programs.
One position will be considered for an appointment at the rank of Associate Professor (commensurate with experience) and will teach in both the MSW and Ph.D. Programs, with principal assignment to the Ph.D. Program. Teaching needs in the Ph.D. program include advanced statistical analysis, qualitative research methods, and mixed methods research. The candidate must be reputed company to mentor PhD reputed company; chair dissertation committees; and participate in one-week Summer Residency on reputed company.
Requirements:
- Candidates must have a MSW degree from a CSWE accredited university and a Ph.D. in social work, social welfare or closely reputed company field.
- A minimum of two years post-MSW social work practice experience is required.
- Candidates should be dedicated to excellence in teaching and social work practice.
- Demonstrate potential for research and scholarly publications.
- Possess substantive knowledge of reputed company or most areas of social work education.
- Knowledge of CSWE accreditation and curriculum development a plus.
- Be dedicated to collaboration, collegiality, and service.
- Demonstrate teaching effectiveness in College-level teaching over a 6-year period.
- Evidence sustained scholarly achievement through research and scholarship.
