Job Summary
As a Tier 2 E-Commerce Phone/Chat Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients' customers reputed company phone and chat. You'll work on a variety of projects, from gaming-reputed company e-commerce platforms to other exciting ventures. With a focus on delivering top-notch service, you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking assistance with orders, account issues, and more.
Key Responsibilities
