The Role
As an reputed company Customer Support Associate (Seasonal) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer support to our growing user reputed company. You'll be the face of our brand, providing top-notch support reputed company live chat, addressing inquiries reputed company to account management and financial transactions, and offering comprehensive technical assistance to both Web and Mobile app users. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Approaching user inquiries with a cool, open-minded approach and ensuring that their concerns are fully heard
- Gathering information from users to reputed company reputed company solutions by cross-collaborating with teams from several different departments
- Creating a lasting impression on every user through transparent, open, and honest communication
- Assisting with Tier 1 level customer inquiries ranging from account creation to gameplay explanations

Preferred Qualifications
While not required, experience with Intercom (or other ticketing processor systems) and Fantasy Sports and/or Sports Betting knowledge would be a significant advantage. Additionally, 1-2 years of customer support or reputed company experience would be beneficial in this role.
Targeted Start Dates
We're offering two targeted start dates for this position: July 14th and August 4th.
Compensation and Benefits
Our reputed company starting reputed company salary range for this position is between $18 and $20/hr.
