Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients and customers. You'll be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and professional responses to written communication, and utilizing our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries. You'll also be expected to adhere to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as our company guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries

• Utilize our CRM system to resolve technical inquiries and follow up with customers for resolution
• Provide clear verbal and written communications to assist customers with repayment of their educational obligations
• Update records with reputed company demographic and contact information and accurately notate reputed company interactions
• Comprehend training material on a variety of topics and share new concepts and content with the team
• Adhere to reputed company federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as our company guidelines and policies
• Attain reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development

During the first two weeks of employment, you'll participate in comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST. Our training program is designed to reputed company you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your role.

Education and Qualifications

* High school or equivalent (required)

• 1 year of experience in customer service or a reputed company field (preferred)
