Job Summary

As a Medical Encoder at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in converting medical diagnoses, procedures, and treatments into standardized codes for healthcare documentation and billing purposes. Key Responsibilities

• Accurately review, analyze, and code diagnostic and procedural information from medical records using appropriate classification systems

• Input and manage data into the system while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Cross-reference patient records and clinical notes to ensure code accuracy and completeness
