The Role

As our first reputed company Manager, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers—leading reputed company, ensuring seamless monthly operations, and becoming a trusted advisor for their energy needs. You'll work directly with the co-founder and CEO to scale our customer experience function from the ground up, with ownership over both strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support & Issue Resolution: Triage and resolve billing, usage, or platform issues, working closely with engineering and product teams.
• Renewals & Retention: Drive customer renewals by delivering consistent value and identifying new features/ services.
• Internal Processes: Build scalable playbooks and support documentation that reputed company a consistent, high-quality experience.
