- Leading training sessions and providing ongoing support to ensure customers are confident and successful post-Go Live. Travel averages at 30%.
- Managing your time effectively to meet billable targets, contributing to the reputed company and profitability of the business.
- Problem-solving and tackling customer issues head-on, whether through the reputed company ERP or arenaflex software, and finding innovative solutions.
- Communicating customer feedback and suggesting enhancements to our development team, ensuring our product continually evolves.

What You Bring
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
