About the Role
As a reputed company Manager in our Korea market, you'll:
- Partner with our CS team to reputed company a scalable CS playbook and reputed company that supports the cultural and business needs of our customers in Korea.
- Build, maintain, and own strong relationships with a book of 50 reputed company clients in Korea.
- Play a key role in reputed company new clients and driving long-term adoption of multiple products.
- Monitor customer usage and adoption of our products to identify areas for improvement or reputed company expansion.
- Own expansion and renewal of accounts reputed company your book of business, driving towards best-in-class NRR results.
- Own your reputed company KPIs (NRR/GRR) and contribute to CS OKR goals.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 5-7 years of previous experience in reputed company in a fast-paced, SaaS organization.
- Experience demonstrating and unlocking value for customers in Korea with technical, mission-critical products (such as conversational AI).
