Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative - Remote | WFH, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, assisting them with a range of product and software issues. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through downloading, logging in, basic navigation, document importation, printing... filing, and answering basic tax-reputed company queries. Key Responsibilities
