Key Responsibilities

· Deliver and expand clinical services with the same standard of care as if physically present in the patient contact pharmacy.

· Provide clear and complete documentation in the patient’s chart as needed to provide seamless and reputed company.

· Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and professional standards

· Collaborate with reputed company and community partners to support wellness initiatives

Qualifications

· Licensed and in good standing as a pharmacist in Nova Scotia

· Strong clinical knowledge and interest in patient care services
