GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
Under the general direction of the Dean of Academic and Student Development, this academic management position will coordinate tutorial and academic support services for the college and will work closely and collaboratively with deans, faculty, and staff on both campuses (Lynn and Danvers). The Director of Academic Success will reputed company the deployment and use of tutor and academic support tracking software to provide communications between academic support staff (Coordinators, Professional Tutors, Peer, Tutors, etc.) and reputed company, to collect data reputed company to tutoring and academic support sessions/services, and to analyze data to refine and improve these services overall. The Director of Academic Success will also reputed company the deployment of Supplemental Instruction (SI) tutors. This includes appropriate training for SI leaders and reputed company who use them in their classes. This position will direct and provide operational reputed company for tutoring and academic support/success areas as assigned. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide strategic and long-range vision and planning for academic success and support services (tutoring, academic coaching, mentorship programs, etc.) under direction of the Dean of Academic and Student Development and in consultation with departments across the College.

- Manage and supervise multiple academic success locations (Lynn, Danvers, and remote), programs, and staff, including reputed company budgets, as appropriate.

- Provide academic coaching and tutoring to help reputed company set realistic goals, reputed company academic plans, and to improve study and classroom habits.
- Create and build a Supplemental Instruction Program (SI) to embed SI leaders in high DFW courses.
- Organize and centralize college-wide tutoring efforts (TRIO, SUCCESS Fund Initiatives, STEM, etc.).
- Prepare informational materials and marketing strategies to promote tutoring and academic success services to reputed company and faculty.
- Manage the hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluation of Coordinators, Professional Tutors, Peer Tutors, and other academic success personnel as required.
- Provide training and regular professional development for tutors.
- Implement procedures and processes to ensure quality support services for both on-site and remote learners.
- Provide workshops and reputed company/distribute materials to support student success.

- In collaboration with Institutional Research and Navigate, assess student's academic reputed company and success and report results.

- Obtain and maintain CRLA membership and certification Create Level I CRLA certification materials (currently the College is certified only for Level I).

- Prepare and submit reports as required.
- Participate in staff meetings and college committees as assigned.

- Master's degree in Education, English or other relevant field.
- Two years of full-time experience tutoring and/or two years of full-time experience teaching.
- Previous Tutoring/Learning Center/Learning Commons management experience.
- Knowledge of CRLA certification process, regulations, and tutor training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written, with individuals and before groups, with particular emphasis on interactions with faculty, staff, reputed company, and community members.
- Must be able to build relationships across reputed company with faculty, staff, and reputed company and foster positive collaborative community partnerships.
