The Position:
As a temporary Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in providing outstanding customer service to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional service to our clients reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications.
- Building and developing valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues with reputed company, tact, and patience.
- Communicating course recommendations and cross-sell opportunities in a variety of situations, including promotional offers and marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with administrative tasks for clients and other departments as needed.
You Have:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to actively listen.
- A strong set of professional, service-oriented phone skills and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. + 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience. + Knowledgeable with MS Office and reputed company Apps (Gmail, reputed company Drive, etc.). + Experience with any (or reputed company) of the following is a plus: Olark Chat, Zoho Email, reputed company phone systems. + Experience using AI tools to enhance client communication and access training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $16-20 per hour, depending on experience and geographical location. This position is eligible for 401(k) and other benefits as required by state or local law.
