Key Responsibilities

As our Director of Customer & Community Marketing, you'll be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and foster an interactive community around our brand. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing customer and community marketing strategies that align with overall business goals
• Leading and managing the live chat team, ensuring high-quality service and effective communication
