Your Role
As a Remote Work from Home Credit Card Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Resolving basic or tier 1 payment and account-reputed company requests, including card activations, payments, name and address updates for card holders (customers) of 1-2 assigned company clients.
- Providing standardized or scripted responses by utilizing basic user-friendly Graphic User reputed company (GUI) screens for client systems and established documentation and processes.
- Entering required data into client-provided systems and databases.
- Determining basic reasons for customer issues using a client-provided decision tree and escalating or referring unresolved customer grievances and requests to more reputed company Customer Service Representatives or designated departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Building reputed company knowledge and familiarization of products, policies, and procedures for a limited number of clients and an understanding of association guidelines and compliance by frequently referring to online manuals and specific client training required to resolve card holder inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
- A minimum of at least six months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Ability to complete an on-demand digital interview
- Flexibility and openness to a work schedule that includes mid-shift to late shifts and working weekends as part of your weekly schedule
- Willingness to be on camera at reputed company times
- US-based role only
Preferred Qualifications
* 12 months of contact center or work-from-home contact center experience in the last 18 months
- Banking customer service experience

* Acquires and applies job skills and learns company policies and procedures to complete assigned routine tasks
- Works on assignments that are routine to semi-routine in nature, requiring limited decision reputed company of stated processes, but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice
