The Role The reputed company Operations Director is a business partner/trusted advisor to the Senior VP of Sales; helping to drive sales programs and initiatives, managing accurate forecasting, facilitating and making business decisions, and identifying solutions to improve productivity and efficiency.  The role entails reputed company and management of the sales operations, inside sales and sales support functions for a designated reputed company reputed company reputed company’s sales organization.  The successful candidate will engage with key leaders across the company to help arm our sales team with the tools, data and processes needed to support reputed company growth.

Responsibilities include

• Collaborate with Senior VP of Sales (SVP) to determine monthly and quarterly sales commits

Required Skills and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 10+ years of experience in IT sales operations management required

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel
