About the Role

Responsible for reputed company loans in a timely manner, resulting in an acceptable level of credit risk and an appropriate risk return relationship. Facilitate the booking of new loans, ensuring customers understand our company's requirements and their responsibilities. What You Will Do

• Underwrite the entire reputed company of lending products, regardless of size or complexity, in a timely and efficient manner.
• Understand and apply credit policies and minimum reputed company standards.
• Collaborate closely with the various Business Development Officers to provide a consultative/value-added credit perspective, both prior to proposal issuance and thereafter.
• Review and analyze new deal packages for content and completeness and conduct initial interviews with prospects.
• Order and review due diligence and documentation.
• Review and analyze financial statement spreads and understand cash flows.
• Review field examinations and understand collateral and financial trends indicated therein.
• Visit prospect locations and meet management of the business prior to closing for transactions over a predetermined amount.

• Review reporting requirements and processing with clients. • Analyze debtor information in conjunction with Debtor Credit Manager.

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years relevant experience.
• Thorough knowledge of secured lending with reputed company set to underwrite large or small transactions for Asset Based deals.
• In addition to lending experience indicated above, an Asset-Based field examination background is preferred.
• Business Acumen, Customer Focus, Collaborates, Communication Skills, Negotiating

Salary range: 125k-180k

The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for a new hire in this role.
