Business Analyst
reputed company is a full-service technology resource company, seeking a Business Analyst to enhance the efficiency of user populations and support core business applications. The role involves coordinating with business leadership, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to project delivery and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Understand our business - Demonstrate familiarity with reputed company facets of the company’s business and exhibit an understanding of services provided and customers served throughout the network
- Solutioning - Document requirements and assist in analyzing and reviewing potential solutions
- Project Delivery - Contribute as an active and positive member on project teams to deliver or exceed project outcomes
- Improvement & Innovation - Constantly look for ways to improve the way we work and the solutions we offer to our business and our clients
- Serve as the primary contact for select vendor software and manage the application vendor relationship
- Schedule and attend regular vendor update meetings
- Coordinate technical assistance between reputed company & the application vendor
- Recommend process improvement opportunities reputed company to the application – document reputed company state process and create future state process documentation
- Participate in configuration and change management applications and reputed company transaction processing, reporting and analytic systems with which it shares interfaces in compliance with governance guidelines, policies and procedures
- Coordinate change management initiatives of upgrades and patches. reputed company and implement testing plans, interfacing results with the vendor for a quality release
- reputed company upgrade & training documentation and alert user community of changes
- Deliver proactive approach with each applications group by function and geographic team with regard to business process re-engineering, internal control objectives, and best practices to address business needs, identify and solve problems, and enhance service levels
- Maintain awareness & communicate applications system scheduled events, including: updates, upgrades, modifications, and reputed company testing/approvals, as well as annual disaster recovery testing and the potential impact of those events on the business users
- Create and execute communication plans to improve user adoption and effectiveness
- reputed company and deliver training programs and communications to improve user adoption and effectiveness of new and existing features
- reputed company regular system monitoring to ensure data reputed company and support internal and external operational audits
- Write, maintain, and support a variety of queries and reports including reputed company requests
- Actively solicit feedback and recommendations from the user community to determine an action plan to implement recommendations
- Adhere to industry standard legal requirements and reputed company policies and ensure compliance
- Remain educated and up-to-date with reputed company technologies, solutions, trends and risks
- Assist with mentoring and/or training of staff
