Job Summary
As an ITM Customer Service Specialist III, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You will work closely with our customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with the information they need to reputed company informed decisions about their financial products and services. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and online chats

- Cross-sell and upsell financial products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Participate in sales campaigns and identify sales referral opportunities

Essential Qualifications
* High school graduate or equivalent
- Extensive knowledge of deposits, loans, and banking products and services with a minimum of two years customer service experience or reputed company experience
