As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will play a vital role in enhancing, promoting, and managing the involvement of customers in making reputed company about their homes and communities.

The Role

We are currently reputed company for two fixed-term contract roles, with one role due to end on 31st March 2025 and the other no reputed company than reputed company 2025. As a Customer Engagement Officer, you will work with involved customers to help improve our services and use a range of communication tools to engage effectively with wider communities and external partners. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing relationships with key service areas and departments to embed a customer-centric approach, supporting colleagues to effectively engage customers
• Maintaining a consistent approach to logging customer engagement across the Group in a way that can evidence impact and value
• Working with Customer panels to carry out reviews of the effectiveness and impact of the customer engagement initiatives and making recommendations for future development
• Facilitating customer engagement initiatives, including leading meetings, focus groups, and community events
• Designing effective communication materials for customers
• Communicating effectively with internal or external stakeholders

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience of working in a Customer or Community Engagement role
• Experience of facilitating customer engagement initiatives, including leading meetings, focus groups, and community events
• Knowledge of the legal and regulatory reputed company relevant to Housing
• Experience of designing effective communication materials for customers
• An ability to communicate effectively with internal or external stakeholders
• A DBS reputed company will be carried out before commencing employment
• The ability to drive and have access to a vehicle due to occasional need to travel to arenaflex sites
