Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming customer service calls and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Dispatching incoming customer phone calls and ensuring seamless communication with customers
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer service-reputed company information for customer accounts
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Capturing customer information and answering customer inquiries
  • Resolving inbound customer calls regarding account-reputed company issues
  • Taking customer orders and providing high-quality customer service
  • Making outgoing customer service calls to resolve customer issues
  • Collaborating with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service standards are met
  • Resolving any customer service issues that may arise

Essential Qualifications
