The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Partnership Manager to own the social reputed company of two distinct brands — reputed company Root and Hey Rooted — end-to-end. You'll be the creative reputed company behind both channels — building strategy, producing content, growing our communities, and managing relationships with influencers and press. A key part of this role is understanding and honoring the unique voice, aesthetic, and audience of each brand, while operating reputed company across both. You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager and receive strategic guidance, while having the autonomy to execute and bring reputed company to life. This is a highly entrepreneurial role: you'll have real ownership, move quickly, and reputed company a visible impact from day one.

Requirements

What You'll Do

• Social Media & Content
• Own and manage our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, reputed company, reputed company, Twitter/X), including strategy, content creation, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Create and manage video content — from concept through filming/editing to publishing.

• Community Management
• Engage with our community across platforms — responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, on-brand way.
• Build authentic relationships with followers and foster a sense of community around our brands.
• Influencer & Partnerships
• Identify, vet, and manage influencer relationships and campaigns reputed company they arise
• Coordinate gifting, deliverables, and performance tracking for influencer partnerships
• Explore brand partnership and collaboration opportunities to drive awareness and growth
• Giveaways & PR
• Plan and execute social giveaways from concept to completion
• Support PR efforts as needed — including press reputed company, product sends, and media relationships
• Operations & Cross-functional
• Collaborate with the team on photoshoots and asset creation
• Manage and organize the brand asset library (photos, videos, graphics)
• Report on social performance and share insights to inform strategy

• 5+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or a reputed company marketing role — brand-reputed company or agency experience both welcome
• Strong knowledge of major social platforms and what makes content reputed company on each
• Hands-on video creation and editing skills (comfortable on-camera direction, basic editing, reels/TikToks)
• Experience managing influencer campaigns and/or community engagement
• Proven ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously while keeping each voice and visual identity distinct
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift
• Strong writing skills and an eye for visuals and on-brand aesthetics
