Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including feedback and complaints
- Collaborate with the Club Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and a positive member experience
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge of arenaflex services and programs
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse groups of people
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional service to members and guests
