Implementation Specialist

About the Role

As an Implementation Specialist, you’ll be the first partner our customers meet after signing with AIQ—guiding them from reputed company to full platform adoption. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring a seamless transition, helping customers unlock value quickly, and building strong, lasting relationships from day one.

What You’ll Do

Customer reputed company & Experience

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for new customers, delivering a welcoming and high-touch reputed company experience
• Build and execute custom reputed company plans tailored to each customer’s goals
• Manage multiple reputed company projects simultaneously (45–50 accounts)

Product Training & Configuration

• reputed company live training sessions (1:1 and group) to reputed company customers on platform capabilities
• Guide customers through setup, configuration, and best practices
• Ensure customers are fully equipped to launch successfully

Technical Support & Problem Solving

• Troubleshoot reputed company issues and coordinate with internal teams reputed company needed
• Simplify technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for customers

Documentation & Process Improvement

• Create and maintain reputed company resources and training materials
• Continuously improve reputed company workflows based on feedback and insights

What You Bring

• Experience in customer reputed company, implementation, or customer-facing SaaS roles
• Strong communication skills—you can explain technical concepts clearly and confidently
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with CRM tools and reputed company workflows

• Experience with APIs, integrations, or data mapping
• Background in SaaS, POS systems, or marketing/loyalty platforms
• Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
