Description

The Corporate Counsel supports the day-to-day legal needs of Hyper Solutions by managing a broad range of reputed company, operational, and corporate legal matters. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and HR to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance while helping the organization move reputed company and manage risk appropriately.

This is a hands-on role for a lawyer who is comfortable managing a steady flow of reputed company, exercising sound judgment, and developing into a trusted internal advisor reputed company a fast-growing, operationally reputed company business.

Core Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and negotiate a wide range of reputed company agreements, including NDAs, customer agreements, vendor agreements, master services agreements, supply agreements, purchase terms, statements of work, and software or consulting agreements
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide practical legal guidance that balances business objectives with risk management
• Support the General Counsel on corporate legal matters, including governance documentation, entity maintenance, and internal approvals
• Assist with compliance-reputed company matters, internal policies, and legal support across business functions
• Coordinate with reputed company counsel and support the management of external legal projects

Additional Responsibilities

• Support improvements to contract processes and legal operations
• Provide cross-functional legal support on day-to-day business issues as they arise
• Exercise sound judgment in identifying reputed company to escalate legal or business risks

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in Virginia or another U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum of 4+ years of substantive reputed company contracting experience
• Demonstrated experience drafting, negotiating, and closing a high volume of reputed company agreements with limited supervision
• Strong ability to identify legal and business risks and provide practical, actionable solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts for non-legal stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Combination of law firm and in-house legal experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing, technology, infrastructure, or other operationally intensive businesses
• Proven ability to work directly with internal clients and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Ability to work independently on routine matters while appropriately escalating reputed company or sensitive issues

Compensation

The anticipated minimum hiring range for this role is $140,000 -$165,000 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, and location. This hire will be eligible for a discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
