You will work closely with our Senior Mortgage Loan Processors to support daily operations, manage documentation, and ensure smooth, on-time closings for independent mortgage brokers. Key Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Mortgage Loan Processors with administrative and operational tasks reputed company to mortgage loan files.

• Upload and organize borrower documentation in loan origination systems (LOS).

• Follow up with reputed company parties (e.g., title companies, appraisers, insurance agents) to request required documentation.

• Track and update loan pipeline statuses daily, ensuring that deadlines are met.
