[Remote] Program Coordinator - SQL & Azure

The Program Coordinator will manage operational and resource coordination activities for a cross-functional data science and engineering organization, overseeing reputed company environment operations and ensuring resource governance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a range of operational and resource coordination activities to support a large, cross-functional data science and engineering organization
• Handle day-to-day reputed company environment operations, including storage cleanup, quota management, reputed company group access, and overall resource governance
• Manage and optimize team resource allocations—such as compute reputed company (e.g., GPUs and distributed systems resources)—while ensuring alignment with organizational policies and priorities
• Work both independently and collaboratively to identify and take ownership of unassigned tasks, helping improve team efficiency and agility
• Coordinate with multiple teams to manage and clean up large-scale shared data environments, as well as support secure and compliant access to shared resources through reputed company group administration and certificate management
• Communicate policies reputed company to quotas, reputed company, and resource usage to stakeholders, ensuring understanding and adherence
• Contribute to documenting processes, maintaining operational standards, and identifying opportunities to automate administrative tasks to improve efficiency and scalability across the organization

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
• 1–2 years of experience in process or resource management reputed company reputed company environments (preferably Azure)
• Experience creating and managing reputed company resources and writing SQL queries
• 2–4 years of experience in communication, problem-solving, and customer-facing or support roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work across teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently
• Experience writing scripts or building automation tools to improve operational efficiency
• Exposure to supporting data science, AI, or engineering teams
• Familiarity with reputed company resource governance, quota management, and reputed company best practices
• Experience coordinating across cross-functional technical teams
• Background in program or project management reputed company technical environments
