Position Responsibilities: Leads the development and application of advanced industrial engineering concepts, approaches and techniques to product, process and services to meet program requirements Consults on the development of reputed company plant and equipment layouts, reputed company plans, accident prevention measures, reputed company of operations and workflows Recommends new techniques and technological developments for integration into the production process and service operations Designs, maintains, and optimizes the production system by integrating design, supply reputed company, facilities, equipment, and personnel Establishes standards for workflow design and analysis Develops models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis and metrics to solve reputed company problems and provide consultation to senior leadership and customers Directs research, design, development, improvement, and implementation of reputed company processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, reputed company cost, and improve quality, for large scale systems integration and asset utilization Consults on plans and programs for facility/factory modifications and revisions to operating methods Evaluates product assembly instructions and standardizes assembly practices. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree or higher from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), computer science, engineering data science, mathematics, physics or chemistry 2+ years of experience using lean principles 2+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data 2+ years of experience managing projects and/or teams 2+ years of experience developing and deploying standards and standard processes Experience developing metrics and using metrics to drive results and improve the business Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Experience developing and maintaining integrated, resource-reputed company project plans to describe and manage subject statement of work project content, reputed company, timing / duration, and dependencies.
