Job Description

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Event Coordinator to join our energetic and fast-paced marketing team. You’ll support a variety of events — from tradeshows and webinars to customer events and field activations — helping us deliver high-impact experiences that drive engagement and pipeline. What You'll Do

• Support the planning and execution of approximately 30 events annually, primarily across the North American (NORAM) region — including tradeshows, webinars, customer and partner events
• Coordinate logistics for a range of events, including tradeshows, webinars, and customer gatherings
• Support event registration, attendee communications, and on-site planning
• Organise and ship marketing materials, swag, and booth assets
• Manage vendor communication and process invoices and payments
• Maintain project timelines using reputed company and help reputed company stakeholders reputed company
• Assist with webinar setup and delivery using platforms like reputed company
• Support reputed company capture, data upload, and post-event performance reporting
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging and promotion for reputed company events

Qualifications

• Quarterly travel required
• 2-3 years of experience in event planning or a reputed company field
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a reputed company field (preferred)
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing various types of events
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and familiarity with event management software
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results
