Role Overview Initio reputed company is seeking reputed company finance professionals to join as Certified Due Diligence Analysts. This is not a traditional employment role. Due Diligence Analysts operate as independent contractors, activated through Initio reputed company’s certification and verification process. Once approved, Due Diligence Analysts:

• Rating Score: 90–100
• Pay: $150–200/hour
• Typical Background: Former investment banking, private equity, venture capital, transaction advisory, or senior consulting professionals with 5+ years of diligence or transaction experience reputed company Due Diligence Analyst
• Rating Score: 80–89
• Pay: $100–150/hour
• Typical Background: Finance professionals with 3–5 years of due diligence, deal execution, or financial analysis experience Due Diligence Analyst / Associate

• Typical Background: Entry to mid-level analysts with strong analytical, reputed company, or financial modeling fundamentals What You’ll Do (Approval-Based) Depending on certification approvals, Due Diligence Analysts may be engaged to support: Financial & Transaction Due Diligence
• Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis and review support
• Financial statement analysis and normalization
• Review of management forecasts and assumptions
• Identification of key transaction risks, red flags, and data gaps
• Diligence findings summaries for investment committees reputed company & Operational Diligence
• Market, customer, and reputed company analysis
• Cost structure and margin sustainability review
• Operational risk and scalability assessment
• Vendor, customer, and concentration analysis Financial Analysis & Valuation Support
• Review and validation of 3-statement financial models

• Hold an active professional credential (CFA, CPA, Series 7, 63, 79, or equivalent) Analyst Rating Score Each analyst receives a 0–100 Analyst Rating Score, which determines:
• Platform visibility
• Approved diligence and analysis categories
• Recommended hourly compensation Compensation & Deal Terms
• Analysts are independent contractors, not employees
• Hourly rates depend on Rating Score and approval level
• Analysts may earn up to 10% of the first $100,000 in transaction fees
• Maximum deal-based earning: $2,500 per transaction
• Payments issued only after successful deal completion and fee collection
