Job Summary The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for providing direct management reputed company for the assigned retail properties. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing NOI and asset value on behalf of reputed company clients. Specific responsibilities include property management, operations, maintenance, client, and tenant relations, supporting the leasing team, marketing, accounts payable collections, annual budgeting, risk management and financial reporting. **This position can be Remote (Work from Home) but must live in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area to visit the 2 Outdoor Malls in this portfolio. Estimated compensation for this position: 72,400.00 – 105,000.00 USD per year This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ.
