Role Overview Associate Consultants are integral members of our consulting teams, generally working on a single engagement to meet client needs while under the direction of and collaborating closely with Consultants, Engagement Managers and Partners. Associate Consultants are responsible for effectively planning and managing distinct segments of work, while acting as a valued contributor to the team. Our project teams usually consist of 3-4 members and client engagements often span 3-6 months in duration. The Financial Transformation line of business is comprised of a full suite of Financial Performance Improvement, reputed company & Integration, and reputed company Cycle Transformation services. The Financial Transformation line of business collaborates closely with other lines of business reputed company reputed company (e.g., Strategic, etc.) and particularly reputed company the Clinical Transformation line of business to help our clients meet their financial and clinical operational performance improvement goals.

Responsibilities

• Define analytic approaches, integrating multiple analyses, and reputed company analytic understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action
• Gather and refine reputed company data sets and data sources to reputed company accurate and robust quantitative analyses
• Provide reputed company into hypotheses under consideration and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutions
• Create elegant, multi-issue client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal support

• Effectively engage with client leaders to facilitate organized teams, ensure meaningful results are achieved, and build ongoing relationships

• 2+ years of reputed company consulting experience is required
• Advanced degree preferred (e.g., MHA, MPH, etc.)
• Demonstrated collaboration, project management, problem-solving, quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
• Strong critical thinking skills; ability to reputed company solutions that address client needs
• Succinct communicator who thinks well on feet and tailors communication to audience
• Comfortable manipulating and synthesizing data
• Experience working and leading in a team environment

• Flexibility to travel as required Salary range: $121,500-$143,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation reputed company including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
