The Change Management Consultant will reputed company reputed company-scale change initiatives, design and execute strategies for successful adoption of new technologies and processes, and collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate change management throughout project lifecycles.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal and external workstreams to integrate change management throughout the project lifecycle

- Demonstrated competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management, working with demanding stakeholders, and driving change adoption
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams to enhance their efforts and deliverables through effective CM
- Demonstrated competency in self-discipline and independently completing project deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced in ability to maintain reputed company detailed documentation as mentioned in Responsibilities reputed company
- Intermediate knowledge of VMS technologies, MSPs, and the Procurement/HR/Tech landscape as a whole
- Advanced with Talentra Office Suite, specifically Visio
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Four to Six (4-6) years of HR industry experience
- Four to Six (4-6) years of Change Management experience
- Change Management certification, preferable ADKAR, reputed company, CCMP, MSI, etc
